To keep your pieces just as cherished as on the first day, we’ve launched a care service: you can send your jewelry for complimentary repolishing or cost-price replating*.
We see it as our responsibility to care not only about quality, but also about your comfort — every step of the way, from choosing to wearing.

* The cost of replating will depend on the piece and will be invoiced separately.

How it works

1. Place your order
   Choose the care service option and complete your order.

2. Receive shipping details via Nova Poshta
   Within an hour after placing your order, we’ll email you the Nova Poshta shipping information.
   Shipping is at your own expense.

3. Care process
   Our jewelers will refresh your piece — it will look as good as new.
   This usually takes around one week. If you selected the replating option, we’ll contact you and send a separate invoice for the plating service.

4. Done
   As soon as your jewelry is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. You don’t need to do anything else.
