Payment
Visa or MasterCard bank card on this site. Online payment for your services using the Fondy service with personal data protection technology on the Internet. In case of payment of the total cost by a currency bank card, the order will be calculated in accordance with the exchange rate of the Bank of Ukraine at the time of the national transaction. By using the banking work on our website, you guarantee that you have it and you have the right to perform the relevant banking operations.
Taxes and duties
Please note the prices do not include international taxes and customs fees, your delivery might be subject to additional costs depending on the destination country's legislation. All orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid. This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges.
Shipping
Ukraine: Delivery of goods across Ukraine is carried out by the Nova Poshta company. The cost of delivery is paid by the recipient, according to the tariffs of the carrier.
Worldwide: We also carry out international delivery. Free worldwide shipping on orders over $220/€200/₴8000. Any international taxes and duties are on customer's charge.
Returns
Products ordered from PURE JEWELRY STUDIO may be returned if returned unworn, in saleable condition within 14 days of dispatch date. We does not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchase. It is at the client’s expense to safely return piece(s) to us and their responsibility until confirmation of receipt by our customer service team.

We reserve the right to return the piece(s) to the sender, should any of the above occur. Products purchased during archive sale may not be returned.
