Payment

Visa or MasterCard bank card on this site. Online payment for your services using the Fondy service with personal data protection technology on the Internet. In case of payment of the total cost by a currency bank card, the order will be calculated in accordance with the exchange rate of the Bank of Ukraine at the time of the national transaction. By using the banking work on our website, you guarantee that you have it and you have the right to perform the relevant banking operations.

 

Taxes and duties

Please note the prices do not include international taxes and customs fees, your delivery might be subject to additional costs depending on the destination country's legislation. All orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid. This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges.  

Shipping

Ukraine: Delivery of goods across Ukraine is carried out by the Nova Poshta company. The cost of delivery is paid by the recipient, according to the tariffs of the carrier.

Worldwide: We also carry out international delivery. Free worldwide shipping on orders over $220/€200/₴8000. Any international taxes and duties are on customer's charge.

Exchanges

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, jewelry items of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.

At the same time, the brand may consider the possibility of a service exchange of a jewelry item of proper quality in the case of an incorrect size, provided that:

• the security tag and label are intact
• there are no signs of wear
• the request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt

The final decision regarding the possibility of exchange is made after inspection of the item.
